computer problems and cant use photoshop...

my computer just broke down for about around 6 days and i wasnt able to go on deviantart!:( but we brought it to the computer "docter" and he fixed it all up. :)
but now i cant go on photoshop cause its not installed and every time i try to install it, it wont lett me. so no the only thing i can do is color the picture and scan it... but on the bright side at least i have my computer back right??? :lol:
